2018 Behavioral Health Summit Registration
We are excited for you to join us at the 2018 Behavioral Health Summit on October 18.
We have an agenda full of incredible speakers, including our keynote speaker—mental health advocate and author of “A Mother’s Reckoning”, Sue Klebold. Sue will bravely share her story as the mother of Dylan Klebold, one of the two shooters at Columbine High School—a tragedy that saddened and galvanized the nation. She has spent the last 15 years excavating every detail of her family life and trying to understand the crucial intersection between mental health problems and violence. Instead of becoming paralyzed by her grief and remorse, she has become a passionate and effective agent working tirelessly to advance mental health awareness and intervention.
Lunch will be provided
Dress Code: Mountain Casual
If you are unable to attend the event on October 18, we also have an evening event on Wednesday, October 17 from 6:30-8:00pm at the Michael D. Palm Theater in Telluride. The event will feature presentations by and Q&A sessions with:
- Sue Klebold, Author and Advocate
- Kathy Morris, School Safety Coordinator, Durango R-9 School District
- Sarah Davidon, Research Director at Mental Health Colorado
The October 17th event is open to the community and registration is not required.
