Jessica graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice and Health/Mental Health and Disabilities as her field of practice. Christina has worked with young and old, men and women, individually and in group settings – helping those with severe lifelong mental illness, crippling addictions, past trauma and abuse, as well as those just looking for a healthier, happier life or more successful school behaviors. She is experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable working with our LGBTQ community or those exploring any gender identity issues. Christina believes that depression, anxiety, and addictions rob good people of happiness and keep them stuck in a prison of fear and low self-esteem. Veronica obtained her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and became licensed in the state of Colorado. Her graduate studies focused in families and children with a particular emphasis in military families. She has worked with a variety of clients that include adult survivors of sexual assault, adolescents, individuals recovering from substance use disorders, and families at risk for child abuse and neglect with a particular emphasis in ages 0-3. She has worked with individuals and families in crisis and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She provides bilingual services in Spanish to clients and is sensitive to cultural values and strengths within individuals and families. Veronica takes a curious stance in working with clients and utilizes motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral framework. Veronica feels privileged to work along-side and support individuals to meet their goals. She lives in Colorado Springs, CO where she has recently settled with her husband and daughter after her military career.

Jim has an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado, and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. His approach is client-centered, emphasizing rapport, empathy, sincere curiosity, validation, self-exploration and appropriate challenges of beliefs and behaviors. Jim works with children, adolescents and adults and provides individual and family counseling. He has helped clients address a wide range of concerns including relationships, academic and professional performance, single-parent and blended family dynamics, legal and custody issues, substance use and dependency issues, cultural and gender identity, sexual orientation, depression and anxiety, self-harm and suicide ideation. He is dedicated to supporting clients facing challenging life circumstances and seeking to create opportunities for personal growth.
