This new Quality of Life and Behavioral Health Community Survey is seeking diverse community input to gain a deep understanding of mental behavioral health issues in the West Mountain Region.

The Quality of Life Survey is now open, with responses being collected through February 7th. Residents of San Miguel County and the West End of Montrose County (collectively known as the West Mountain Region) are encouraged to participate in this 42-question survey.
The survey includes questions on community life, mental health, housing security, and more. Results will help local organizations better understand where the greatest needs exist, identify opportunities to strengthen services and community connections, and pursue funding to address priority areas that impact quality of life.
Community members may complete the survey online or by phone. Final results will be weighted to accurately reflect the region’s population.
