While the Network does not provide direct medical services itself, it has extensive meaningful involvement with our communities, as the we has been instrumental in operating several Community Outreach Programs that address the needs of our communities by assisting in assuring health care is accessible, affordable and available in our region.
Through these programs we have enrolled over 500 individuals into Medicaid or CHP+; provided oral preventive services to over 1,200 children; and transported 550 patients to/from their medical appointments.
