Open Enrollment Begins

Recently, our Certified Coverage Guides helped over 200 people open accounts, reset passwords, and schedule appointments to apply for Omni Salud. They will continue to help our community by assisting in Omni Salud re-enrollment beginning November 1st and new applications beginning November 25th.

OmniSalud

Tri-County Health Network is the place to go to enroll in the OmniSalud program. This program provides the opportunity for Colorado’s immigrant community to purchase affordable health insurance, regardless of their immigration status through Colorado Connect. Eligible individuals may even be able to access a $0/month premium plan with available financial help, all information shared is held confidential and not shared with any federal agency. If you are currently enrolled in Omni Salud the re-enrollment period is Nov 1st-22nd. To apply for new coverage please contact Tri-County Health Network as soon as possible. There are a limited number of enrollments available and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

OmniSalud is a program that provides undocumented Coloradans with a safe way to compare and buy affordable health insurance on a secure online platform. If you were enrolled in an Omni Salud Silver Enhanced Savings plan you must re-apply during the Nov. 1st-22nd open enrollment. You will not automatically be re-enrolled.

If you are new to Omni Salud, enrollment begins November 25th. Please make an appointment prior to Nov 25th to set up an account. Spots are limited and not guaranteed. We do not ask for you immigration status when you apply and your information cannot be used for immigration enforcement.

Open Enrollment

Mark your calendar for the Open Enrollment Period!November 1 – January 15

If you’re looking for assistance with enrollment in Connect for Health Colorado Health Insurance, Tri-County Health Network’s bilingual expert navigators can help you out. To ensure that your health insurance coverage starts on January 1st, 2025, you need to complete your enrollment by December 15th. The last day to enroll is January 15th for a February 1st start date. You can schedule an appointment by calling 970-708-7096. You can enroll in private health insurance and apply for financial help during the annual Open Enrollment Period. Outside of the Open Enrollment Period, you can enroll in a new plan if you experience a Qualifying Life Change Event.

Many Coloradoans are eligible for tax credit premium assistance which reduce your monthly health insurance premium costs. Even if you have not been eligible in the past, you may now qualify for tax premium credits. No matter which plan you choose, rest assured that all plans sold through the Marketplace offer essential benefits and protections.
