Tri-County Health Network’s trained Health Coverage Guides (HCGs) can help you enroll or renew your coverage through Health First Colorado (Medicaid), CHP+ (Child Health Plan Plus), or Connect for Health Colorado (Marketplace).

Important Dates for 2026 Open Enrollment
- Open Enrollment is currently closed
- Open a Special Enrollment Period by marking the box on your Colorado Tax Return
- Financial help is available through tax credits and cost-sharing reductions
- Qualifying Life Events can open a Special Enrollment Period for you
- Even if you’re auto-enrolled this year, we recommend meeting with an HCG to confirm your premium and plan details.

Health Insurance Updates for 2026
Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC)
Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) will still be available to eligible individuals and families to help lower monthly premium costs for health insurance purchased through the Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace.
HB25B-1006: Colorado Premium Assistance (CPA)
The Colorado General Assembly passed HB 25B-1006, legislation that provides $100 million to help reduce rising premium costs in the individual health insurance market.
Eligibility: Below 400% FPL
• Single person: income under $5,216.67/month
• Family of 4: income under $10,716.67/month
Subsidy: $80 for head of household + $29 per additional member
