As part of our ADRC work, TCHNetwork participates in the Frontier Adult Services Partnership, a regional collaboration led by Region 10 Area Agency on Aging. This initiative brings together organizations, including All Points Transit, Neighbor to Neighbor, Nucla, and Norwood senior meal programs, the Senior Companion Program, and homemaker service providers.
The goal is to help older adults and adults with disabilities in rural and frontier communities access basic services, such as transportation, meals, in-home support, and local connections, so they can safely remain in their homes. Through shared referrals and communication, partners collaborate to identify unmet needs and provide comprehensive support.
