Ruthie Boyd
Public Health Marketing Coordinator
Ruthie joins Tri-County Health Network in the role of Public Health Marketing Coordinator. Originally from Breckenridge, Colorado, Ruthie attended Carleton College where she majored in Sociology/Anthropology, ran cross country, and studied abroad in Costa Rica. In her role at Tri-County Health Network, Ruthie is excited to creatively and effectively promote Tri-County Health Network’s programs and to help advance equitable health outcomes for residents of the Tri-County area. In her free time, Ruthie enjoys baking sweet treats, exploring new trails, reading books and cross country skiing.
Sean MacDonell
Public Health Analyst
As the Public Health Analyst, Sean performs program evaluations, supports grant writing, and works to further improve existing programs. Having grown up in a remote corner of Minnesota, he has seen firsthand the need for removing barriers to health access in rural areas. Sean graduated from Carleton College in Minnesota where he studied Political Science with a focus on public health. Sean speaks fluent Spanish and has lived, studied, and worked in Colombia, France, and South Africa, respectively. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside, playing classical and jazz piano, and learning both computer and foreign languages.

Danielle Grande
Community Specialist
As the AmeriCorps VISTA Community Specialist, Danielle is excited to join Tri-County Health Network and work to improve access to healthcare and resources in under-served communities. Danielle grew up in the small beach town of Kennebunk, Maine and then moved to the triangle region of North Carolina at the age of 13. She earned her B.S. of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Danielle has a passion for travel and expanding her knowledge of other cultures and studied abroad in Berlin, Germany her junior year of high school with the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Program, as well as in Bangkok, Thailand for a semester during her junior year of college where she was able to experience a completely different way of life. Danielle is excited to explore Telluride and the San Juans and is looking forward to experiencing activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing that were not easily accessible in her coastal town of Wilmington, NC.
Ariana Sites
Volunteer Coordinator
Ariana joins Tri-County Health Network as the Volunteer Coordinator. Through this position, she will recruit, retain, train, and coordinate the TCHNetwork’s volunteer force to assist in building health equity throughout the region. She is originally from Virginia and attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelors in Social Work, a Minor in Nonprofit Management, and a Certificate in Global Education. She has lived in Colorado for over a year and is excited to continue to explore. Her passions (aside from public health) include traveling, mountaineering, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her dog Meester Snuggles.
