Katie Thome
Public Health Analyst
As the Public Health Analyst, Katie performs program evaluations, supports grant writing, and works to further improve existing programs. She hopes to pursue a career in public health in order to remove barriers to healthcare in under-resourced communities. Katie graduated from Christopher Newton University in Newport News, Virginia where she studied Neuroscience and Biology. She was also a member of the golf team for four years. While in Telluride, she looks forward to enjoying the outdoors and doing some hiking and skiing.

Ariana Sites
Volunteer Coordinator
Ariana joins Tri-County Health Network as the Volunteer Coordinator. Through this position, she will recruit, retain, train, and coordinate the TCHNetwork’s volunteer force to assist in building health equity throughout the region. She is originally from Virginia and attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelors in Social Work, a Minor in Nonprofit Management, and a Certificate in Global Education. She has lived in Colorado for over a year and is excited to continue to explore. Her passions (aside from public health) include traveling, mountaineering, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her dog Meester Snuggles.

Karsen Granning
Community Specialist
Karsen joins Tri-County Health Network as the AmeriCorps Community Specialist VISTA where she will work to improve access to resources to promote healthcare equity in underserved communities. She graduated from Concordia College in Minnesota where she studied Biology and Chemistry, played soccer, and ran track and field. In the future, she hopes to continue to pursue her passion for science and public health by attending medical school. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, painting, and is looking forward to exploring all there is to offer in the San Juan mountains.

Hannah Frater
Public Health Marketing Coordinator
Hannah joins Tri-County Health Network in the role of Public Health Marketing Coordinator. Originally from New York City, Hannah attended Dartmouth College where she majored in Government with a minor in Quantitative Social Science and captained the rowing team. She plans to attend law school in order to advocate for under-resourced groups. In her role at Tri-County Health Network, Hannah is excited to utilize creative methods of communication to promote Tri-County Health Network’s programs and to help advance equitable health outcomes for residents of the Western Slope of Colorado. In her free time, Hannah enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, trying out new sports, and listening to podcasts.
