Town of Telluride Housing Relief Fund Application

    Every section of this application must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

    The Town of Telluride has allocated funding to assist residents with rental and mortgage assistance for those in need. The Relief Fund is for those who are located within the R-1 School District, not living in Town owned housing and who are in need. Awards will be up to $1000, but no more than 50% of the total monthly rent or mortgage payment. The funds will be distributed on a first come, first serve base until the funds are exhausted. Tri-County Health Network will be administering the fund and payments will be made directly to the landlord or mortgage company by the Town of Telluride. Please fill out the form below to apply.
