Richard Betts, President ASAP Accounting and Payroll
Richard Betts has dedicated his 40-year business career to small business and entrepreneurship, through positions ranging from Chief Executive Officer to Board Member and Board Chair. Currently he is the CEO of ASAP Accounting and Payroll, Inc., a 20-year-old business services company providing accounting, as well as operational expertise to hundreds of companies in Western Colorado. In 2011 he was appointed by Governor Hickenlooper to the Colorado Health Benefit Exchange Board where he was elected Vice Chairman.

Jon W. Gordon, Executive Director, C.E.O. Midwestern Colorado Mental Health Center
Jon has served as the Executive Director of the Center since 1996. The Center provides mental health and substance use treatment for six counties in Western Colorado, to include Montrose, Delta Gunnison, Hinsdale, Ouray and San Miguel Counties. In addition to serving on the Board of Tri-County Health, Jon has served on multiple Boards at the local, state and national levels.




Paul Major, President & CEO Telluride Foundation
Paul Major has served as the President and CEO of the Telluride Foundation since its inception in 2000. He leads the Foundation’s initiatives in early childhood development, immigrant integration and health care. He has established and led programs for these areas and secured multi-million dollar grants from private, state and federal sources. Major is a board member of Colorado Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), Bright Futures for Early Childhood and Families, Mobile Accord and Council on Foundation Community Foundation Leadership Team.

Gordon Reichard, Executive Director Telluride Medical Center

Gordon Reichard has served as the Executive Director of the Telluride Medical Center since 2007. He has over 20 years experience in healthcare administration, inclusive of Process Improvement (PI), CV data management, Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) development, managed care contracting,Cardiac Center of Excellence, product line development- management-marketing-promotion, and product delivery systems/utilization. Additionally, he is involved day-to-day with physician relations and education, new patient acquisition and cost containment and has extensive staff management and development expertise.   Before coming to TMC, Gordon served as the Executive Director of the St. Vincent Regional Health & Vascular Center.  He has a MSHA and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
